Man’s house price ‘plummets ?100k’ after TfL install ‘smelly’ bus driver toilet outside
A Croydon homeowner has claimed his house price has 'fallen by ?100,000' due to Transport for London installing a toilet for its bus drivers outside his property.
TfL plopped the portaloo outside Brett Kemp's Purley home in July as an 'interim measure', with the company saying in September that it was a 'temporary facility', however, it has still not been moved.
Mr Kemp has described the "stink" from the toilet - which he has dubbed "The Turdis" - as "awful".
A TfL spokesperson said relocation plans for the toilet were still "being finalised."
