Paloma Faith reveals 'awful' onstage duet with Chaka Khan left her in tears
Singer Paloma Faith has revealed her “awful” onstage duet with Chaka Khan left her in tears.
The 43-year-old recalled how she was unexpectedly invited to perform “I’m Every Woman” with the Queen of Funk onstage at a festival in Copenhagen, organised by Prince.
Speaking to Emma Willis on BBC Radio Two on Monday (20 January), the singer said: “I got pushed onto stage in front of 40,000 people and I only knew the chorus.”
After making her way through the song, Faith revealed how she went to her dressing room and “cried her eyes out”.
