The advice that adults wish they could give their 15-year-old selves
Hindsight is a wonderful thing...

Awful hair, questionable clothing, and rebelling for no apparent reason: looking back on being 15 is a laughably cringe-worthy experience for many of us.
So if we could go back in time, what would we say to our teenage selves?
Would we warn against our future regrets, and tell them to read a few more books and shout at their parents less? Or would we leave them to their own devices, appreciating that mistakes can be character building.
A thread on the entertainment website Reddit has posed this question to users.
Members on AskReddit were invited to answer: “if you could tell your 15 year old self one thing, what would it be?”
Over 500 people responded to the thread, with answers spanning aspects of life from love to money.

It's all going to be fine...
A thread on the question and answer website Quora recently explored a similar theme: what are your greatest regrets?
Some users revealed that they wished they had spent more time searching for a life partner rather than focusing on their career, while others wished they'd spent more time with their parents.
