The Breakfast Club: Deleted scene shows Molly Ringwald and Ally Sheedy in funny bathroom clip
Scene is among 50 minutes of previously-unreleased footage?

A funny deleted scene from John Hughes' 1985 classic The Breakfast Club has been released online.
In the clip, revealed via Vulture, Molly Ringwald's character tries to influence Ally Sheedy's eating habits, scolding her for eating food in the toilets.
As Ringwald's character Claire sits by the sink, she scolds Allison [Sheedy] for washing her hands and eating crisps.
"It's so sad. You're washing your hands but you'll eat food inches away from a live toilet?" she says.
On a look from Allison she concedes, however, and says: "I'm sorry. I don't wanna depress you. Really I was just reacting to something I consider a little out of the ordinary. If you'd like to talk I think I could probably handle it."
Allison says nothing but uses a clean paper towel to scoop a crisp that fell into the sink, proceeding to eat it. As she leaves, Claire sighs and says: "It's not correct."
The scene is among 50 minutes of previously-unreleased material set to feature on the Criterion Collection's upcoming re-release of the film, due out on 2 January.
The new edition of The Breakfast Club will also include fresh interviews with Ringwald and Sheedy, and a video essay featuring Hughes' production notes, promotional material and archive interviews.
